Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel within 7 days of booking their place on my waiting list.
Cancellation After 7 Days
The deposit is non-refundable if the client wishes to cancel their commission after 7 days.
Full payment must be made before the portrait is shipped.
Rejection of Portrait Once Shipped
Upon receiving your portrait you have seven days to contact me if changes are required. The client must meet the costs of shipping both ways if it needs to be returned. I will retain the deposit plus 50% of the final payment total if the customer is still not satisfied. However, I work hard to make sure my clients are happy throughout the process.
If the client refuses me the opportunity to amend the portrait but still requires a refund, this will only be made once the portrait is shipped back to me in original condition within 7 days. I will retain the deposit plus 50% of the final payment. The client must meet the shipping costs.
Gift Vouchers are valid for two years. We cannot be held responsible if prices change within this time.
In the unlikely event that your portrait is damaged, it is important that you contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage so we can remonstrate with the courier. If the artwork needs to be returned it will be at the client’s cost. Once received I will repaint the portrait at no cost, however, the timescale of repainting will depend upon other commissions I have at the time.
I retain the copyright on all of my artwork. I reserve the right to use my paintings on my website and in other promotional materials. I may also use customer e-mails as testimonials on my website. However, I understand that some customers wish to keep their portraits and e-mails private. In this case, please let me know.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
